A recent telephone survey from Jason’s bank prompted this week’s Friday with Falls session. He explains how serving your customer is not enough to be exceptional. Want your customers to spread your brand? You must do more than expected and preferably in a creative manner. Some of the best, most “viral” brands are those that surprise with something customers outside of the normal customer experience.
